Founded in Shanghai in 2012, United Filtration operates manufacturing bases in Zhenjiang and Hefei and focuses on process filtration, solid-liquid separation and controls.

United Filtration has an approximately 80-person team. The 2026 catalogue lists five senior engineers and fifteen designers, supported by production, R&D, quality-control, machining, welding, assembly and inspection facilities.

The company holds ISO 9001 certification, Class D pressure-vessel design and manufacturing licences, National High-tech Enterprise status and more than 30 patents. Project work covers process review, testing, engineering, fabrication, automation, FAT, commissioning and after-sales service.

Project workflow

  1. Review: collect material, throughput, filtrate and cake targets.
  2. Lab or pilot test: screen media and establish scale-up evidence.
  3. Engineering and agreement: prepare equipment drawings, P&ID and the technical specification.
  4. Fabrication and test: manufacture to the approved solution under the quality system.
  5. Installation and commissioning: provide guidance, start-up, operator training and follow-up.

  • Vessel and elements for customer-led instrumentation and system integration.
  • Packaged unit with key valves, instruments, piping and controls on a fixed frame.
  • Turnkey skid integrating the filter, precoat tank, agitator, pumps, piping, electrical system, controls, dosing and cake handling.
