TF-Series Candle Filters
Reusable filter elements and automated cycles cover dry-cake recovery, continuous thickening and low-solids precision filtration.
Equipment concept
A TF-Series candle filter contains multiple long filter elements. Liquid passes through the filter medium from outside to inside and is collected through the upper manifold. The cake can be gas-dried and discharged by sequenced blowback, while the elements remain in service for repeated cycles.
The platform can combine filtration, cake washing, gas drying, slurry thickening, cake recovery and online cleaning. It is engineered for duties involving high solids, fine clarity, viscous liquids, elevated temperature, corrosive chemistry or closed and hygienic operation.

- TFC dry-cake filtration: batch filtration, washing, drying and blowback discharge for cake recovery and high yield.
- TFB continuous thickening: dual-manifold operation for simultaneous filtration, online regeneration and concentrated slurry discharge.
